Welcome
I am a licensed clinical psychologist in New York. I received my doctorate in psychology in 2014 from Yeshiva University, Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology. I have been in practice for nearly 10 years, working in different clinical settings and with diverse populations.
About Me
I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and psychodynamic theories. I practice in a holistic and integrative manner, focusing on the client's needs and goals. I also incorporate humanistic and mindfulness practices.
Additionally, I practice through multicultural lens. I understand and appreciate the value of culture, both in my clinical practice and personal life. I also place great emphasis on the therapeutic relationship, so that we can create a safe and supportive space together.
